Unfortunately, we do not offer ring resizing services at Isaac Wolf. We highly recommend that you get your finger sized properly before making a purchase to ensure that the ring fits perfectly. We offer a wide range of ring sizes for our customers to choose from, so you can find the perfect fit without having to worry about resizing. If we do not offer the size you're looking for you can contact us and make a request for that size and we'll do our best to provide it as soon as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are always happy to assist you in any way we can.
Yes, you can have your Isaac Wolf jewelry piece modified or repaired by a local jeweler. However, please note that doing so will void your item's warranty. We highly recommend that you contact our customer service team before making any modifications or repairs to your jewelry to ensure that it is done correctly and without damaging the piece. Our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your Isaac Wolf jewelry purchase.
All warranties are only applicable to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
As per FTC guidelines and requirements, your pieces will have a quality mark that represents the metal fineness. Our designs are either crafted in 10k, 14k, 18k Gold or sterling silver and will be stamped with either 10k, 14k, 18k or 925.
Our jewelers have the ability to craft specific made to order sized rings so please reach out to Contact@isaacwolf.org for assistance. Unfortunately, our ready to ship designs cannot be customized in any way, including ring size, so you will have to wait for the piece to be finished and shipped which will cause an extended delivery period.
